ShiVa Editor

ShiVa Editor is part of the ShiVa3D solution designed to create 3D games and application in a fraction of the usual time.
The WYSIWYG editing software is the glue between artists and developers providing a fast cross-platform production pipeline.

ShiVa Editor Workflow

Workflow Description

In the editor import your assets from 3ds Max, Maya or XSI, your textures, sounds and movies, configure the materials, particles, trail, terrain, ocean and much more using the WYSIYWG Editor.

You can create artificial intelligence using the built-in LUA Script Editor or directly in C++ and export as a single STK file for the ShiVa Authoring Tool.

ShiVa Editor Modules

ShiVa, like the eponymous Hindu God, is a shape-shifter. It transforms your assets into 3D real-time applications using its multiple arms, known as modules.

There is a module for each major function, with 21 in total that allows you to create your own innovative interface, selecting only the modules you need for a specific task.

The ShiVa editor has an interface oriented towards production, and is a “What you see is what you play” (WYSIWYP) tool with built-in advanced functions, such as the Performance Reporter that tracks all engine calls and memory leaks.
